Why Cakes?
When I was engaged and looking around at wedding cakes I was determined I could learn and do it myself. So, I took classes and did it. Little did I know I would learn to love cake decorating! Since then I have worked with an incredibly talented cake decorator, Xiomara (xiomascakes.com) and she has taught me almost everything I know!

We miss you Lindsay! Matthew just had his pirate birthday, and his cake was not nearly as cool as his last year cake! btw, I have your cake pan! I will give it to Jami.
