Why Cakes?
When I was engaged and looking around at wedding cakes I was determined I could learn and do it myself. So, I took classes and did it. Little did I know I would learn to love cake decorating! Since then I have worked with an incredibly talented cake decorator, Xiomara (xiomascakes.com) and she has taught me almost everything I know!

Linsay the detail on this wedding cake is beautiful, especially the second layer. you are so talented and amazing. I LOVE the cupcakes too. I just want to take a bite out of the screen. The frosting is perfect. I need to learn how to frost my cupcakes better, mine are always flat. Hope all is well!
AND I just want to say thank you for helping so much with the "wedding cake cookies" from my wedding... I know it was almost three years ago, but i was looking at pictures the other day, and I remembered how much I loved them! You made it happen :)
